A luxury hotel blended with the forest of centuries-old Aleppo pines and embroidered with aromatic roof gardens.
Hotel Bellevue
With a new ”outfit”, Hotel Bellevue revealed itself from all sides, and the shady forest of centuries-old pine trees was complemented by a new landscape design. The green fundus has been preserved as much as possible, which can be seen equally in the entrance part, but also in the part of the garden facing the sea.
The unobtrusive and minimalistic approach to the landscape design has respected the existing surrounding of the hotel, while the monochromatic selection of plant material and large strokes of lawns have created a stage for the existing centuries-old pine trees. The front garden is adorned with purified canopies of old pine trees rising above the meticulously tended lawn, while a deeper view towards the hotel reveals smaller shrubs, through the gentle alternation of several types of perennial plant beds and white flowering shrubs.

As one approaches the sea, the monochromatism of the entrance turns into the colour scheme of Mediterranean plants, providing a visual and fragrant experience to hotel guests, while a gentle breeze from the roof herb garden carries the scents of rosemary, thyme, mint, basil and wormwood all the way to the rooms. Wide belts of low greenery border the central path towards the sea, and the public areas of the garden are an ideal place to relax in the shade of old pine trees, with aromatic plant beds of Mediterranean shrubs.
The heart of the hotel is its green atrium garden with lemon, grapefruit and mandarin trees, combined with lush groups of Agapanthus and Phormium lilies, which create an intimate atmosphere for guests on the atrium garden terraces.
