In September 2015, we completed the landscaping of Hotel Alhambra and Villa Augusta. We were particular challenged by preserving and transplanting the tall, quality palm trees. It’s actually the rich Palmetum in the front garden, where we planted high canary palms, that creates the identity and uniqueness of Hotel Alhambra, while the atrial garden is filled with Sago palms. Interestingly enough, the average height of the palm trees we planted reached even up to 7 metres, and weighed about 5 tons.
